The bed wasn't as uncomfortable as it looked. The place was clean.
attention was very bad, in reception they attended with annoyance, I had to guess what they were telling me because of the same annoyance with going to attend and they left halfway through the registration process to attend to other people. we went to dinner they took 30 minutes to take the order and we had to remind them that they had not done it, otherwise they would have left us there for a while longer. They were still reluctant to serve and it took another 40 minutes for the food to leave. it was nothing elaborate. pictures they show of the rooms are not even close to what they offered me. air conditioning in the rooms is very noisy and worst thing is that it wasn't even at the temperature it was supposed to be, I had to rest a lot because of the activities I was going to do the next day so we preferred to turn it off and obviously everything suffocated a while later. It was horrible. There were only two towels and room was supposed to be for three people. I understand that the rate included breakfast and finally it was not like that, besides they charged a little more than 200 pesos extra than what the application indicated and they didn't even know how to explain the reason to me.. truth is I wouldn't stay there again.

location of the hotel, space and cleanliness of the room and building itself, rooms are very spacious and beds are very comfortable. I must say that I expected something of lesser quality and it exceeded my expectations x the price I paid.
Although the rooms are very clean I think they need a maintenance visit as there were parts of the floor broken, slit in the bathroom sieve was very rusty, breakfast was very good, according to me, it was included in my reservation, only they never commented that it was only for adults, that I had to pay for minors and they charged me for two breakfasts. I also think it would be good to provide all the information corresponding to the stay during the check in, such as the breakfast schedule, check out, etc. These are small details but they help a lot so that I don't have to ask every time. Another thing that didn't please me, although it's not the hotel's fault, there was a group of guests like from a congress or something, two nights I was there they came late at night making a fuss and singing at the top of their lungs, I was still awake, so I didn't mind, I guess it must have been unpleasant for the other guests who were already asleep.

Nice stay with some hiccups
Had a decent night here. Room was spacious and comfy, loved the little living room area. Front desk super nice team! Free parking was a plus too. Just wish the AC didn't leak all over the floor, messed up my shoes. Breakfast was alright, but overall, not a bad experience.

Overall very good value for money. Clean and new rooms, well serviced. Nice outdoors swimming pool that was almost always empty for us to enjoy. Surely there are better hotels than this in Monterrey but this one offered decent standards for a reasonable price. Complimentary wifi in rooms and free parking in underground level also nice pluses.
Staff weren't so helpful and rather unenthusiastic. Common facilities were a bit on the low side, there was no open restaurant or bar in the lobby (only for breakfast, which we didn't try so can't comment). Swimming pool could be better maintained and gym better equipped. But overall the standard is good enough.

perfect spot for exploring parks and cultural landmarks
I had a great time here thanks to the easy access to parks and beautiful landmarks, especially with Jardin Pacifico just a few steps away and the fine Basilica Parroquia La Purisima only about a kilometer away, making my city strolls enjoyable.
